A variety of clematis flower has officially been named after Sarah. Sarah's parents, Kate & Vic Groves say the gesture is a remarkable gift and tribute to such a beautiful soul. The flower, created by Raymond Evison, is called "Sarah Elizabeth" (Elizabeth being Sarah's middle name).
Raymond has spent five decades researching, breeding, introducing and cultivating the best clematis varieties, winning 28 Chelsea gold medals including 13 consecutive golds for exhibits of Clematis cultivars from 2003-2016. This distinguished career has seen Raymond introduce over 100 clematis species and cultivars.
